The room was spacious and clean , and i appreciated the city views from the high floor. The gym was a great addition , allowing me to maintain my workout routine with ease. Breakfast offered fresh ingredients with good variety , and i found the location convenient to many attractions. The lobby had a cute design.

the reception team was amazing. yulia and olivia provided super fast and convenient registration. the reception supervisor. i thank the in-room dining team for caring for me whenever i wanted a service from them.
the food offerings were overpriced. the service in the lobby bar was very disappointing. the cleaning room people were really noisy early in the morning.

The breakfast restaurant featured a spacious layout and bright ambiance. The service was perfect with an excellent variety of food choices. The hotel gym had the best equipment I have ever seen in a hotel. The 39th-floor room provided sensational views.
The room's bathroom was small. The hotel seems to have only shower curtains.

The location was super central! it was near the train station and shopping areas, , made getting around really easy. the breakfast had many options. I could even order poached eggs.
the room cleaning was late a couple times. i think they didn't clean my room until after 5pm which was odd.

the rooftop views are very cool. i really enjoyed sipping on cocktails up there and looking out over everything. the restaurant had nice options for breakfast and the room had illy coffee, so i felt very awake.
check-in was not smooth. i was left waiting too long, and it was really annoying. also, i found the traffic noise was too high, and i prefer something quieter. plus my bed could have been firmer.
